Sourcing Profiles:
A critical 1st step on days 1-4 requires diligent time commitments, strategic talent pools, & high business acumen. Our high-volume activities include targeted phone calls, emails, social media messaging; activating the DNM Network of recruiters; engaging past candidates; & accessing business intelligence data for campaigns.

Attracting Candidates:
Top-tier applicants request a cohesive overview of the company, mission, culture, benefits and pay range. Effective SIZZLE messaging for your business is key to engagement.

Qualifying Candidates:
Days 5-8 is scheduling interviews to source the final candidates who have expressed interest. Our recruiters are asking focused discovery questions to understand best fit for your culture, daily duties and company long-term goals. It’s important to pay attention to every detail.

Talent Submissions:
While our sense of urgency is high, we do not rush the selection process because the right candidate will ultimately be an integral part of your company’s culture and group’s performance. Once vetted, days 9-10 will be a collaborative effort with your team to schedule 1st round introductions via phone calls, video calls or in-person meetings.
